little things mean a lot
If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you might remember the Little Free Library project I worked on this winter…and if you’re not, let me fill you in! I painted one of five Little Free Libraries auctioned off as part of Curtis Memorial Library’s “Booked For The Night” fundraiser back in March (in case you missed it, you can read about it here and here). I was so thrilled when I found out that my Little Free Library was headed to Crystal Spring Farm, I signed up for a CSA– my first one!
Well, in mid-to-late May, my Little Free Library was officially installed in its new home, and in early June, the first CSA pick up of the season happened. I’ve been loving all of the fresh produce that has been in the farm share so far (lots of salad greens, broccoli, carrots, beets, herbs, and even strawberries), and it’s been great to see all the book traffic at the Little Free Library, too! Scroll down to see the current selections that are available…if you spot a title you like, stop by and grab it before it’s gone; if you need to clean up your bookshelves at home, consider making a deposit at Crystal Spring Farm!
